Irina graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Jean Piaget University. Her academic and practical training laid the foundation for her diverse career in physiotherapy, with a special focus on MSK (Musculoskeletal) rehabilitation.
Career
Irina has embarked on a dynamic journey in physiotherapy, traversing various healthcare settings. Beginning her career at AMA Clinic, she specialized in dermatofunctional treatments for patients undergoing aesthetic surgery. This pivotal experience instilled in her a meticulous approach to post-operative care.
Transitioning to HPA – Private Hospital in Algarve, Irina expanded her expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care, particularly emphasizing work injuries, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation for hip and knee surgeries.
Driven by a passion for holistic care, Irina established her own Pilates studio in Portugal, where she integrated clinical Pilates and functional movement techniques.
Continuing her journey, Irina further enriched her experience at a private MSK clinic and Lusiadas Algarve Hospital before venturing to the UK.
In her current role at a private MSK clinic, Irina specializes in treating sports injuries and road traffic accident (RTA) injuries, drawing on her extensive background to provide personalized care and effective rehabilitation strategies.
In 2024, Irina has expanded her services to include private physiotherapy sessions in her own studio, IP Studio, located in Hailsham. Through her personalized approach, Irina empowers her patients to achieve their recovery goals and embrace life to the fullest.

Irina’s personal life, as a devoted mother and an enthusiast of sports and the outdoors, deeply influences her professional approach, adding a layer of compassion and understanding to her practice.
