The exercises focus on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength and flexibility.

What is Clinical Pilates?

Every person's biomechanics and movement patterns are slightly different. All sports and jobs require different skills and muscle activation, so when it comes to injury prevention and skill development, everyone's needs are slightly different.

Clinical Pilates is a one-to-one session with our physiotherapist, who is trained in Clinical Mat Pilates.

How do Clinical Pilates exercises work?

With Pilates you train the core muscles around your spine. The focus is solely on you, and we will make sure you are maintaining the best technique possible, so you can recover from your condition as soon as possible.

Exercises are set at the right level for you and your pain, and are progressed when possible and tolerated.

No matter whether your condition was caused by a sport, a work accident or otherwise, we welcome the chance to help you.
